Consultation System
Objectives of Consultation
Our objectives in providing consultation are to “improve the QOL*” of patients, guardians, and caretakers through oral health, and to realize our goal for “good-quality dental care in a familiar place to be available for anyone, anywhere, at any time.”
Consultation System (Consultation Flow)
At our center, we strive for oral health management by working with local areas so that patients can visit their local dental clinics in the future.
Dental treatments are on a rotating basis where different dentists and dental hygienists will be serving every time.
We take treatment/preventive measures and transition to periodic check-ups by making use of intervals between hospital visits after the patient’s oral cavity has stabilized. Depending on the patient’s situation after transitioning to periodic check-ups, we will introduce them to local dental institutions that work with our center.
First-time Consultation
We will ask about the patient’s reason for visit, degree of disability, and day-to-day lifestyle.
Then, we will examine the patient’s mouth, and explain how and for what aims future consultations will progress.
Treatment/Prevention
We will provide consultation made personally for each patient.
Periodic Consultations
We will provide periodic oral health management by conducting oral examinations and professional cleaning, and checking tooth-brushing and lifestyle habits.
Introduce them to local dental institutions
Cooperation with Local Dental Care Institutions
We cooperate with primary care dentists so persons with special needs can receive care at ease at a familiar place in their communities.
